Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Haven Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
