Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Forge Hospitality is a hospitality company in Spokane with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
