Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Spokane, WA)

Nova Timber Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Spokane. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
