What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations.
