Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Seattle, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
