Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Yarrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Savannah, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
