Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
