Rivermark Mill Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
