Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Diego, CA)

Nova Fox Property Management manages apartment communities around San Diego, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
