Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management Group manages apartment communities around San Diego, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
