Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around San Diego, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
