Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ashton Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
