Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Timber Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in San Diego, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
