Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Vista Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Diego. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
