Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
