Fernwood Cedar Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
