Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Mill Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
