Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Juniper Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around San Antonio, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
