Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in Salt Lake City presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
