Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Sacramento. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
