Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Greenridge Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
