Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
