Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Ironwood Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Columbus area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
