Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
