Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Silverline Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Austin with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 462 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
