Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Savannah with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
