Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Fernwood Wren Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Antonio. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
