Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Fernwood Cross Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
