Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Bluepeak West Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Diego area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
