Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Oakland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
