Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Nova Analytics manages apartment communities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
