Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Fernwood Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
