Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Fernwood Orchard Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
