Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Foxglove Field Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
