Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Fort Worth presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
