Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Pittsburgh, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
