Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center is an arts centre in Tucson with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
