Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Cedar Rowan Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 620 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
