Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Westbrook Vista Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
