Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Greenridge Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Wichita. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
