Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
