Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Providence, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
