Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in Salt Lake City with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
