Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Harborlight Field Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
