Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
