Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Lumen Stone Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tucson area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
