Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Dallas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
