Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Anchorage, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
