Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Rook Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Raleigh, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
