Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Property Management looks after rental homes across the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
